Valid Business Registration
You must hold a current business registration, reseller license, or equivalent documentation in your country of operation.
Agreement to MAP Policy
All partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy at all times. Advertising below MAP on any public channel is not permitted. Partner Policy.
Dropshipping Requires Authorization
Dropshipping is permitted under the Authorized Dropshipping Program. Partners must either pay a fulfillment deposit or pre-purchase a minimum of 50 pairs (or equivalent value) of stock held by Velvet Warm. Storage fees apply and are discounted or waived for high-performing partners. Unauthorized dropshipping is a channel violation. Partner Policy.
Approved Sales Channels Only
All sales channels must be pre-approved in your partner agreement. Listing on unapproved marketplaces or platforms results in immediate account suspension.
Professional Brand Representation
Partners must use only approved brand assets and product descriptions, and represent Velvet Warm in a manner consistent with its premium positioning.

What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQ varies by product line. For most slipper and house shoe styles, minimums start at 50 pairs per style. Product-specific MOQ details are discussed during onboarding after your application is approved.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes. Sample orders are available to qualified applicants after their application has been reviewed and approved. Sample pricing, lead times, and conditions are discussed during the onboarding conversation.
Do you ship wholesale orders internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, Europe, and other international markets. Shipping costs, lead times, and any customs or import requirements are covered in your wholesale agreement.
How does the MAP policy work in practice?
MAP is the lowest price at which you may publicly list or advertise Velvet Warm products. You are free to sell at any price in your physical store or through direct quotation, but any public listing must meet or exceed MAP. Full details are in the Partner Policy.
Can I list on Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces?
Marketplace authorization is reviewed case by case. Most platforms require explicit written approval before listing. Unauthorized listings are treated as a policy violation. If a specific platform is important to your model, note it in your application and we will address it during review.
How does payment work for larger orders?
In-stock orders require full payment before shipment. For made-to-order or bulk orders, a deposit of 30 to 50 percent is required to begin production, with the balance due before goods are released. Full terms are in the Wholesale Policy.
