Velvet Warm offers premium home footwear for retail customers and, through an approved application process, for wholesale partners.

• Retail stock: Products listed on our website are available while stock lasts. We do not guarantee availability of any item at any time.
• Wholesale availability: Wholesale pricing, catalog access, and stock allocations are managed separately through your wholesale agreement. Contact your account representative for current availability.
• Product descriptions: We make every effort to display colors, dimensions, and materials accurately. Minor variations may occur between screen displays and the physical product.
• Pricing changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you complete your order is the price you will be charged.

Retail Purchases

All retail prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment for retail orders is processed through PayPal. By proceeding to checkout, you agree to PayPal's terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale pricing is provided to approved partners separately and is not published on this website. Wholesale invoices are issued and governed by the terms of your individual wholesale agreement. Payment terms for wholesale orders may differ from retail and are specified in that agreement.

Currency and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes that may apply to their order. These costs are not included in our listed prices and will not be refunded.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been submitted, modifications may not be possible. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@velvet-warm.com and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

We ship to most countries worldwide using reputable carrier partners. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. These are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct at the time of order. We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

All content on the Velvet Warm website, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, product images, descriptions, graphics, page layouts, and written copy, is the exclusive property of Velvet Warm and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Velvet Warm. Wholesale partners may use approved product images and brand assets only within the scope permitted by their wholesale agreement.

Unauthorized use of the Velvet Warm name, logo, or product imagery, including on third-party marketplaces, social media, or printed materials, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Wholesale access is available to qualified businesses including boutiques, gift shops, lifestyle retailers, and online resellers who apply and are approved through our wholesale inquiry process. Approval is at our sole discretion.

MAP Policy

All approved wholesale partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy at all times. Advertising Velvet Warm products below MAP on any public channel, website, or marketplace is a violation of your wholesale agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.

Authorized Sales Channels

Wholesale partners may not resell Velvet Warm products on any platform or marketplace not explicitly authorized in their wholesale agreement. Unauthorized reselling, including on major online marketplaces or via dropshipping to unapproved channels, will result in account termination.

Account Termination

Velvet Warm reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account that violates these Terms, the MAP policy, or the terms of the individual wholesale agreement, with or without prior notice.

You may not use our website or services to:

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website by automated means
• Place fraudulent, bulk, or test orders with no intention of purchase
• Resell products purchased at retail prices in a manner that violates these Terms
• Impersonate Velvet Warm or any of its representatives
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content through our contact or inquiry forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or backend systems
• Use our brand assets, product images, or name without written authorization

Violation of these prohibitions may result in your account being suspended, your orders being cancelled, and legal action where appropriate.

Our products are sold as described on the product listing. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every pair; however, we cannot guarantee that a product will meet every individual preference regarding fit, feel, or personal taste. These are not grounds for a return outside our standard returns policy.

Purchases made through TikTok Shop are governed by TikTok Shop's own terms and policies. Velvet Warm is not liable for any disputes arising from transactions conducted on third-party platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velvet Warm provides its website and products on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond what is required by law in your jurisdiction.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction.

These Terms are entered into with XJYQZFJT, the registered legal entity operating the Velvet Warm trade name. Velvet Warm is a brand name and not a separate legal entity.

These Terms are governed by internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Because we serve customers in both the United States and Europe, we do not designate a single domestic court as the exclusive forum.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration will be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their member state.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, or applicable legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
